Every year when I do my taxes it imports my personal info from the previous year's return. If I buy the Standard TurboTax Desktop package that does 8 returns, will each one be able to import their personal info from last year too?

Yes, if they did their taxes using TurboTax Desktop last year, then you can import the 2023 tax file into a 2024 return.
