      <description>&lt;P&gt;When trying to click to "continue" my 2024 return (turbotax online self-employed) from&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://ww1.2024.ca.turbotaxonline.intuit.com/secure/return_manager" target="_blank"&gt;https://ww1.2024.ca.turbotaxonline.intuit.com/secure/return_manager&lt;/A&gt; , the software opens the following page (&lt;A href="https://ww1.2024.ca.turbotaxonline.intuit.com/secure/yellowSticky" target="_blank"&gt;https://ww1.2024.ca.turbotaxonline.intuit.com/secure/yellowSticky&lt;/A&gt;) with the sad puppy image.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I suspect the glitch may be because it is trying to open a bookmark that no longer exists.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Issue has persisted since yesterday pm.       <description>&lt;P&gt;This is the 2nd time I've had this happen.&amp;nbsp; I had to contact Turbotax weeks ago, delete what I had done and spent weeks on, and start over.&amp;nbsp; Now I've rec'd the sad puppy when I was going back on my bookmarks to ensure i had all completed, and now I'll have to probably contact into Turbotax yet again, get another reimbursement, and start from the beginning!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Using multiple browsers, clearing cache and cookies DO NOT WORK.&amp;nbsp; This defect seems to be related to first paying for a higher than basic package, going to the end so you can review your tax forms, going back afterwards, trying to update business income/expenses then the auto-forward from the main return manager page only gets you = "Oops Something unexpected happened with the continual sad puppy - it's all I see when trying to get back in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Sadly I think this will be my last year for Turbotax given over a month of pain due to this defect/issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was advised that nothing can be done yet again&amp;nbsp; Copying profile to try to use didn't work and was advised that a delete of the profile would have to be done.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So now instead of a 3rd attempt I decided to proceed with Wealth Simple Tax online.&amp;nbsp; I'm surprised how easy it is and all to view for input all on one webpage.&amp;nbsp; In addition,&lt;STRONG&gt; I was amazed that I can opt to pay $0 or $25 (my option)&lt;/STRONG&gt; instead of the $71 I did with Turbotax for 2 tax returns (small business).&amp;nbsp; I'm almost done all of my inputs there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If all works out in the submission process, 20+ years of using Turbotax will be behind me and will continue with Wealth Simple for future years.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
