Do infertility expenses in Quebec need to be entered under the private medical plan section as well as the provincial section? I do not have a private medical plan.

I'm worried about double counting my expenses, there are two sections in turbotax software that asks for infertility expenses. One in private medical expenses and the other in provincial, since there is a infertility tax credit in Quebec.

You will not enter it under private medical expenses, as you never had a private medical plan. You will only enter it in the provincial section.
