      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you gone to &lt;A href="https://accounts.intuit.com/" target="_blank"&gt;https://accounts.intuit.com/&lt;/A&gt; and checked that the email address on file is the correct one? Login, then select "Sign in &amp;amp; security" from the left side menu to view &amp;amp; change your email address.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also check in your email program to see if it's accidentally filtering TurboTax emails and either deleting them or putting them in a folder that they are not supposed to go into.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
