If you live in Ontario, in a designated Ontario university, college, or private school residence in 2024, then you can get a $25 credit. If you are living in a unit that's not run by a school, then you can claim your rent for a credit, providing you have receipts from your landlord.

You'll find both these options in the Provincial section of the return.
