Why are my tax documents from CRA not populating in Turbo Tax?

I’ve downloaded them from CRA but none of the amounts are populated in Turbo Tax.

So, there's nothing showing when you go to the slip pages? Have you tried running auto-fill again?

I’ve tried several times to auto-fill. So disappointing as I have 5 slips from CRA and I am concerned about entering them incorrectly. I’ve tried on my laptop and on my IPad.

Here’s the honest truth: I’ve tried several times, and all my slips are sitting right there in my CRA account. But when I use TurboTax to import them, it only brings in a couple. Even the one T5 slip that did download came in with different numbers. I used the exact same steps in StudioTax and with Wealthsimple’s software, and everything imported perfectly. So the issue is clearly and strickly with TurboTax’s importer, not CRA or my information. I’ve been using TurboTax for over 30 years, and I’m really disappointed. I’ve noticed these import mismatches for several years now, and nothing has improved. Unfortunately, TurboTax just isn’t as reliable as it used to be. At this point, I’m planning to uninstall it and request a refund. You’d think that if this has been an ongoing problem, it would have been fixed by now.

I have the same issue. All the slips are visible in my CRA account but TurboTax didn't download most of them. Tried twice. I suspect they want people to use the online version instead of the desktop, so they make no effort to improve it. In any case, my experience over the past 15 years is it's a shabby, clumsy software. I used to report bugs but they don't fix them.

tried al least two dozen times. i get a partial download only. Turbotax is the only softawre I have ever used. this is the first time I have this problem.

I have exactly the same problem. Importation from CRA and Quebec only import 1 or 2 documents out of many clearly available and visible on CRA and Quebec portal.

I have tried Chrome and Firefox. Same result.

No error message, just missing 95% of all documents

Support please advise.

Support could not help. I bought U file instead and it downloaded everything perfectly. I then asked intuit for a refund.
