Deleting forms? Locked forms that aren't being used!

My wife does not have anything on Schedule 3, but we are getting the message shown below. I am unable to get rid of it using "close unused forms". Is there any other way of forcing it to be deleted?

It's insane that a return with locked forms can't be printed or saved as a PDF, so I can't just mail it in to get around this programming bug. At the moment, I am thinking of filling the forms out by hand or switching redoing it using Wealthsimple Tax.

"You are reporting a total taxable capital gain, net capital loss, or principal residence designation on Schedule 3. Filing for returns with these items is temporarily delayed, as the CRA needs more time to certify the forms. We expect they'll be ready to accept your return by late March."

To clarify, the error message is when attempting to Netfile. She cannot Netfile...

If you are not using Schedule 3. uncheck any box related to Schedule 3.Please try to close any open and unused forms. Select Edit>Forms>Clear Current Form, and then Edit>Forms>Close Unused Forms.

@Tarbotux All the locked forms are unlocked as of the 20th of March, 2025, and you will be able to print/save/Netfile. We appreciate your patience.
