Hi there,

I bought another 8 returns from my local costco and i want to activate the code but everytime i try and do it, it gives my this error = (SOMETHING`S NOT RIGHT, TRY RE-ENTERRING YOUR CODE)

I just bought it and the code is not used, could i get help on how to add returns into my account.

Have you finished all the 8 returns that you have purchased before? In order to link another activation code to the same account. You first need to use all the 8 returns, and then you will be able to activate the second code. Please also make sure that you have purchased the right edition (version) of TurboTax.

I have used a 8 returns on my turbo tax standard

can someone give me the step by step instructions to add my newly purchased 8 More returns.

@Quartermain5 Once you've finished your first 8 returns, you can enter your second code by selecting Tools > Licence Code Switch from the top grey menu.
