      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am completely fed up and want a refund for my purchase price. &amp;nbsp;I bought the Turbotax Premier desktop version February 16 2025 online directly from you and have not been able to complete or file&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;any of our returns.&lt;/U&gt; &amp;nbsp;The software won’t let me send even a basic return with only employment income and blocks the Quebec provincial filing as well. &amp;nbsp;I clicked the link in the purchase confirmation email to get a refund and it just brings me to the community with&amp;nbsp;&lt;U&gt;no results found!&lt;/U&gt; This is not support. &amp;nbsp;Kindly advise as to how to get an immediate refund &amp;nbsp;for my full purchase price of $103.48 credited to my card. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have no further need to pursue this matter. &amp;nbsp;I have purchased UFile for 1/4 the price of Turbo Tax and it works effectively and without all the redundancy and switching input screens. &amp;nbsp;In switching I have also realized that Turbotax has errors and omissions. &amp;nbsp;I have been able to file all but one of the returns today that Turbo Tax was still refusing to complete, print or file. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
