Net capital losses of other years, Quebec return

When I get to this line (line 290) TT fills automatically the maximum available which I do not need this year. A click takes me to a worksheet where I should be able to reduce or eliminate entirely the losses available (line 7 of the worksheet) to carry them forward. It does not work, the line appears to be dead.

(I use download French Deluxe version).
