Needing another tax program

I have found that line 11500 is putting in combined numbers from many pension entries. My wife had one extra item of $104 and showing thousands. My entry added $30000 to my total for that entry. When I discussed with tech support they said I needed to go to tax help (Cost $60) and they would help me. This is a tech issue and I am now stopped. So I need a new software provider. Any suggestions for something more reliable.

Please double check that you've entered your pension slips in correctly and that there is no duplicate slips or information.

If that doesn't work, you may need to reinstall the software. You can download the current version of TurboTax Desktop edition here: Choose the current TurboTax Desktop edition you need (for Windows).
