      <title>error messages that don't allow me to continue on my return</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana, sans-serif"&gt;Hi. I created an account and have been entering all my documentation for my spouse and I. This includes both of our home based businesses.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana, sans-serif"&gt;Last week I had issues and when I searched online I saw other people had the same issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;-&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;I keep getting “oops, we encountered an error” when trying input something.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;For me the error was coming up entering CCA for business. After several times of logging out and logging in and it not stopping I had enough and left it until today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Now I login and at the "&lt;SPAN&gt;Great to see you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;again screen" the next screen show&lt;SPAN&gt;s up and&amp;nbsp; says: This should not have happened. Don't worry, your data has been saved. Our TurboTax application has quit working. It does not goes past this screen. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I log out, clear my cache and log back in and the same thing happens. I have entered a lot of information in the system and I do not want to have to switch to another program after all the hours I have already spent.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
