On the Child Care Expenses Deduction worksheet, there are only five expenses, but I have eight expenses to report. The total is correct, but three of the expenses are not listed. How to rectify?

Because there are only 5 lines on the form, only the 1st five expenses will be shown, but if you are filing your return using NETFILE, all the necessary info will still be transmitted to the CRA.
