LOSS worksheet does not recognize a carryforward loss balance

I have tried to claim a non-capital loss from previous years and turbo tax is saying it's an error and it does not recognize that there is a carryforward loss on the LOSS worksheet (there is a balance there) that I can claim. The non-capital loss I have from previous years is recognized by CRA on the NOA I have received. Is this a bug or has someone come up with a similar problem and / or solution. Thanks.
