I enter the right number for the spouse info income for line 23400, 23500 and 23600 and turbotax said that there is a error that need to be fix and won't let me send my taxes.

I'm getting the same error. This is the first time. No help from turbotax!

I just spoke with Turbo tax. To get past this error, both lines should be the same income number. Specifically, lines 23400 and 23600 have to be the same to get past this error. Hope this helps!

Hi,

no because I had number on the 3 lines that was correct. I had to reconnect and reload my files thru CRA and then round up the numbers to be able to fix the error.

@Maud4 Lines 23400 and 23600 should be the same if you have no amount on line 23500. All 3 lines are linked to calculate your NET income.

Line 23400 is your NET income before adjustments

Line 23500 is the social benefits repayment

Line 23600 is your NET income (line 23400 minus 23500)
