Software is reporting CPP Overpayment on premiums I actually owe Box 16 and 18 of T4

I entered my T4 (with correct CPP contributions) and ensured that the "CPP Exempt" box was set to "no". However upon trying to file, I get the following Warning:

<You reported CPP/QPP or EI overpayment on your T4. Please check the amounts in boxes 16 and 18 of your T4 and make sure they’re co...>

Upon reviewing my detailed Tax summary, the entire amount of my CPP contributions are showing up as a refund back to me - this is incorrect as I do in fact owe CPP. Can someone please advise?

Doh - It looks like I needed to also fill in Box 26. This resolved the issue. sorry everyone!
