      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using the desktop verions Premier.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is the screen shot when it gives me the option to enter the info manually by clicking the blue botton "Enter any additional income slips and receipts":&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="turbotax1.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/community/image/serverpage/image-id/49770i7AF371F23545E1EC/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="turbotax1.png" alt="turbotax1.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I push that blue button, this is what comes up:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="turbotax2.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/community/image/serverpage/image-id/49771i64ADCDD34191DCE5/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="turbotax2.png" alt="turbotax2.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And nothing I type in the search box does anything.&amp;nbsp; The window stays frozen; nothing changes.&amp;nbsp; There is no way to manually enter anything.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Click on Introduction and, from page to page, click on Continue. No need to enter any information, 'cause if your return is already started, it should show you the information already entered.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Did the software proposed you an upgrade to a higher version at any point? Or, if you used Forms mode, did you filled out a form related to a higher version? This could be the reason. You don't have to upgrade, just unlock all the section in the menu.&lt;/P&gt;
