      <title>Turbotax 2024 not installing properly</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Turbotax 2024 is not installing properly. I am able to download and run the exe file to install Turbotax software. After the install process the window to enter the license code briefly appears for a couple of seconds and then the Turbotax window just goes blank white and sits idol.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try uninstalling it and then redownloading&amp;nbsp; the exe file through a different browser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And then try installing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Changing resolution makes no difference. There is an issue with the software during the install process. I have tried installing on two separate computers and have the same issue. The screen to enter the license code briefly appears but changes to a white screen with the Tubitax header.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
