I bought tax program from Staples

downloaded software and of course would not recognize 16 didgit code

tried for a refund (staples would not refund)Bought one from costco and the same thing happened

very dissapointed in turbotax this yr.have been a customer for over 15 yrs

will have to find alternative /cant buy turbo tax anymore!

Which version of TurboTax have you purchased? The codes for TurboTax Online will not work with TurboTax Desktop & vice-versa. If you bought the wrong version, you can get a refund and then buy the one you need.

If you bought TurboTax Desktop from a 3rd party retailer (ex: Costco, Staples, Walmart), please use this form to get a refund
