I'm on her return. When I click to add her T4, it just keeps bringing me to mine for some reason.

If you’re doing a joint return in TurboTax Online, you can switch between spouses by clicking the names on the top of the screen.

Clicking the name of the spouse on the top of the screen, bring to mine.

@bexhieu Does selecting the other name also bring you to your return? Or is it that the names both go to the wrong return?

it’s correctly bring me to the right person

Example (from your screenshot)

I complete Golden and I am clicking on Diamond profile to complete the second profile. It will bring me to Golden (profile) instead of Diamond.

When I clicked Golden no issue (it will bring me to Golden’s profile.

I hope this clarifies. I did a new declaration and it’s happening the same thing.

This is also happening for me. I go to enter spouses T4 an it takes me back to my profile.

@bexhieu Have you tried using a different browser or deleting your cookies and cache? If not, try that. If the problem still exists, we advise you to call our product support team.

What is the status on this issue, I am having the same problem. Everytime I click on my spouses name, it brings me to his profile but then if I click on revenues, it brings me back to my profile and I cannot enter his.

Ah, I just logged out and logged back in and was able to get the revenues page for my partner.
