      <description>&lt;P&gt;NETFILE has been open since February.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are using TurboTax Online, please clear your browser cache (or use a different browser) and try again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are using TurboTax Desktop, please try updating your software. If the update doesn't work, please try uninstalling &amp;amp; reinstalling the program using the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/turbotax-support/en-ca/help-article/download-products/download-cd-download-edition-turbotax/L8NgOJdEs_CA_en_CA" target="_blank"&gt;download from our website&lt;/A&gt;. It will not delete any of your saved returns.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
