CNIL Incorrect Calculation

Hi all,

I'm having some issues with my CNIL calculations and I'm not sure how to resolve them.

For the past several years I have had carrying charges (line 22100). I just noticed this year in form T936 TT has be inputing 0 for line 15 of Part 3 (cumulative investment expenses). This value should be the sum of all previous years 22100 values. I also noticed that the value of line 18 (previous cumulative income) is the previous years line 19 (cumulative income) minus the previous years line 14 (investment expenses).

Why would they do the calculation this way?

I also noticed one year (2020) they calculated line 18 as the previous year line 19 plus previous years Chart A line 9 (same as 19900). This is the only year they did this and I don't understand why.

For 2024 I need to fill in the values for the CNIL step but I'm not sure what I should be doing.

Do I recalculate it all manually and enter it?

Do I use the values that are actually in my 2023 return?

Do I use the auto-filled values which follow the same pattern as previous years?
