When importing CRA slips online, can I select individual slips to import

I already auto-filled my slips once. But I realized that quite a few slips are missing. Now I would like to import tax data from CRA again. How do I do it without double counting those already imported? Can I select exactly which slips to import and skip others?

Unfortunately, there is no way to pick which slips are imported from the CRA. However, unless you've made changes to the slips that you imported previously, you'll be unlikely to get duplicates.
