    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought the software from costco.ca.&amp;nbsp; The software has an error on T776 and it won't let me proceed.&amp;nbsp; The error mesage is as follows, when a partnership or co-ownership has been selected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;"The information in this field is invalid. Either there are too many characters entered or the format is incorrect or the information is missing. Please review."&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spoken to the customer service twice and filled the request for a refund three times, but I continue to receive the following system generated can response.&amp;nbsp; I have provided all the information - double and tripled checked, but TurboTax does not call and goes ahead, close my file.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else having this issue?&amp;nbsp; It is beyond frustrating at this point that they simply go ahead and close the case without a valid reason.&amp;nbsp; I have provided all of the request information and receipts in a PDF.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;We are unable to process the refund for CA TY2024 TurboTax Desktop Premier Retail Case #[phone number removed] at this time because all required information was not provided within the request. In order to complete your request, please provide us with a receipt from the retailer that contains the following information:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Where the product was purchased&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The date the item was purchased (Must be within 60 days of original request)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The total price paid for the TurboTax product and form of payment used to make the purchase&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The license number for the product must also be provided (do not enter spaces)&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If a receipt was already provided on this request, either the attachment was unable to be opened or one or more of these required fields was missing or unreadable.
