Quebec Tax Transfer

I am unable to transfer 45% of income tax paid from federal to Quebec. I get the message that there is no amount to transfer.

Hi,

If your employer withheld taxes for a province other than Quebec, then you can transfer those amounts over up to a maximum of 45%.
