Turbotax made errors in calculating Age Exemptions

NOA shows that the Age Exemption amounts for Federal and Provincial taxes submitted by Turbotax were significantly wrong. This switched result from a refund to a payment due. Looks like Turbotax used the T1 Worksheet to make the calculations. Is this a known error? I have used Turbotax for about 10 years without such errors. Can I claim something under the Turbotax guarantee of 100% accuracy?
