You can contact customer service in two ways:
1) If you are signed in to TurboTax you can request support by clicking on the "live help" button. From there you can chat with a product expert or request a call back.
2) You can call 1-888-829-8608 for TurboTax customer support. During tax season (February 24, 2025, to April 30, 2025), support is available 7 days a week from 9 AM to midnight ET (English) and 9 AM to 9 PM ET (French).
