Hi @LBM35, you can find the T1198 in 2 ways on TurboTax Desktop.

Option 1: Forms Mode

- Click on Forms, on the bottom toolbar.

- Then in the Form Lookup, search up T1198 and double click.

Option 2: Interview

- In your personal tax profile section, under "Did you have self-employment, rental, or other income?" Ensure "I had lump sum payments reported on a T1198 form" is checked off.

- You will find the screen for T1198 under "Other Income Sources" in the income and expenses section.
