      <title>Problems with Lump Sum T1198 and Pension Income Splitting - Online Version</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;1. When Turbo Tax collected Profile info - I selected check box for the question :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;"Did you receive qualifying retroactive lump-sum payments (T1198)"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; . Next to the box, the question mark, when I press, Error 404 appears. And no where I was presented with options where to enter info from 1198 Form.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Pension Income Splitting - I selected option to Split income and indicated the amount, but unable to enter it into my partner's Income into line 11600 (I was able to do it in previous years)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AND MANY MANY more issues - unable to add topics etc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As for the pension splitting – TurboTax Online doesn’t allow you to enter line numbers directly. Also, line 11600 is the amount of pension the receiving spouse is getting, and is automatically generated if you and your spouse are preparing your returns together. If you are preparing your returns separately, you won’t see your spouse’s return, and so can’t see their line 11600. You would instead look at line 21000 on your detailed tax summary to find the amount of pension you have transferred to your spouse.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there a timeline for the T1198? It is not right that you guys took payment when we can't even file because of an unavailable T1198 on your end?!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise when what date and time one becomes available otherwise our payment should be refunded!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tested the Wealthsimple and can tell you that their software already set up to accept Lump Sump payments from T1198 and gives the option to enter each line for corresponding year of Lump sum. So it's is not true that it's a CRA issue, it's Turbo Tax issue, simply because other software already have this functionality working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am preparing returns separately for spouses because the husband passed away.&amp;nbsp; I still want to income split from the wife to the deceased and want to enter a value in line 11600.&amp;nbsp; How do I do this?&amp;nbsp; I double clicked in the line and it took me to T1032 and I put in the value that should be on the receiving return, but the value still doesn't show up on the return.&amp;nbsp; Is there an issue with the program?&amp;nbsp; Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
