Dealing with a 2023 filling

I've been notified by the CRA that there's an issue with one of my 2023 filings, but good news, I bought:

CA TY2023 TurboTax Online Assist & Review Premier
CA TY2023 TurboTax Online Assist & Review Premier Additional

The bad news is that I have no way to actually use the services I bought. Does anyone know how to talk to someone live who can provide support with this issue?

If you used TurboTax Online to file your taxes, you can reach the Audit Defence Coach by logging into TurboTax Online. Then, click Audit Defence.
