Loading Prior year TTax software on Windows 11 device

I need to migrate from a Windows 10 PC to a new PC with Windows 11 OS. I was successful in loading TurboTax Premier for 2024. Subsequently I am unable to load prior years TurboTax software for years 2020 through 2023. Installation starts, the User Account Control screen appears, “Yes” is selected, then nothing for 10 minutes or more until a small window pops up saying install failed. Until Windows 11, I have been able to maintain tax multiple years of TurboTax programs on my PC's. Shouldn't I still be able to do that in windows 11?
