      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;You refund request is still open, but it was only opened yesterday, and it typically takes about 24 business hours for refunds to be processed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Also, please make sure that you've deleted your Full Service return as that's required before they will refund your order. To do this:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Sign in to TurboTax Online. You can login to TurboTax Canada Online 2024 here: &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://ww1.2024.ca.turbotaxonline.intuit.com/" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;https://ww1.2024.ca.turbotaxonline.intuit.com/&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Select the trash can icon next to the applicable Full Service return.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;If you only have one return, you must first create a blank return in order to see the trash can icon. To create a blank return:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Next to &lt;I&gt;Start a new 20XX return&lt;/I&gt;, select Continue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Select Let’s go.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;On the &lt;I&gt;Which of these applied to you in 20XX?&lt;/I&gt; screen, select any option, then select Continue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;On the &lt;I&gt;Do you need any help doing your taxes?&lt;/I&gt; screen, select I can do in on my own, then select Continue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Select Start for free.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;From the menu, select My Returns, then select View all tax returns.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;When phoning us, tell the answering machine what your issue is. Then when it asks if you want it to send you information by text message or email, say no. Then it will collect some info and transfer you to a live agent.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
