I purchased and downloaded the current version of TurboTax on December 16th when it first became available. The following day I received a discount offer of 20%. Is it possible to have this offer retroactively applied to my purchase? Any information is appreciated. Thank you, in advance.

Please check your bank for the CC you used—you should see the discount applied within 3-7 business days.
