Windows Security Alert: Initial start of Turbotax Premier - CefSharp.BrowserSubprocess firewall block

When I initially ran TurboTax Premier after the install, Windows Security (Win11), The following dialog popped up and locked my computer so I was not able to search for the offending process to see if it was legitimate.
I cancelled the security warning (did not "Allow") as I could not validate whether it was legit. I do not know if this will affect the functioning of Turbotax.

THIS IS A PROBLEM - INTUIT NEEDS TO PROVIDE WARNING THAT THE USER SHOULD EXPECT THIS AND ALLOW THE CefSharp.BrowserSubprocess packaged with Turbotax TO ACCESS THE PUBLIC NETWORK.

Error message included:

"Do you want to allow public and private networks to access this app?
Windows Firewall has blocked some features of CefSharp.BrowserSubprocess on all public and private networks."

The CefSharpe.BrowserSubProcess is part of a system that TurboTax (and other applications) use to allow the software to connect to the internet. You should allow it, as TurboTax needs to connect to the internet to activate, download updates, NETFILE and for other features.

Most people don't see this message, if you are seeing it, you might have more strict security settings on your computer.
