    <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a new computer and I am trying to install previous version on it. I have the disks from 2009 to 2023 and when I load them it does not ask for a licence code and then it wants to do an update and then it says it will update hard drive then it vanishes. on the 2024 copy it is only a download version and when I try to find it it comes up with 2025 version.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a new computer and I am trying to install previous version on it.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Updated after initial posting:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;--&amp;gt; I spoke with my husband and he had previously created an Intuit account and did the installation. I was able to use his account to get the licence entered for the 2024 version.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Problem solved. No reply required.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;*****************&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm having the same problem. I didn't recall having to sign in in previous years. I tried my email address and my phone number and received a message that no user profile existed. So, I created a new account.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;installed 2024 TurboTax:&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;prompted to log in --&amp;gt; Used newly created account&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;prompted for license --&amp;gt; entered the same 2024 licence code as was used on old computer.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;received message that the licence code was associated with a different account&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
