    <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;I purchased TurboTax Canada 2024 to file my taxes last year.&lt;BR /&gt;However, I recently received a letter from the tax authority stating they did not receive my tax return data.&lt;BR /&gt;I now want to open my 2024 data file, but the software prompts me to upgrade. I selected YES,&lt;BR /&gt;and then the software failed to launch.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Deleting the original folder allows successful installation. However, it still fails to launch successfully. Only an upgrade dialog appears and disappears. The software cannot be launched or run.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my system: win10&lt;/P&gt;</description>
