Log In to the Community&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. Start here &lt;A href="https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/community/troubleshooting/discussion/02/260" target="_blank"&gt;https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/community/troubleshooting/discussion/02/260&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3. Example - search eg.       <description>&lt;P&gt;You are getting that message because the community search is showing deleted posts in the public search results when it should not be. We are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it ASAP.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Canadian Support site appears to be totally non-functional. Perhaps because we are Canadians? Did you say: retribution?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyhow accessing various posts returns: Access denied. This issue has been around for more than a year, and promises were made to have it fixed. This is not the case.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is simply a matter of tasking someone (with appropriate DB skills) to fix a relatively simple problem. Is Intuit incapable of finding such resource?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please fix it!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any attempt to read a post on the CDN web site results in "Access Denied".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has been the case for years ... No answers/solutions to-date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is the direct phone # to Tech Support, so that I can express verbally what my 603-error activation problem is, so that someone competent can hopefully fix it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thx a lot!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
