The codes for TurboTax Online will not work with TurboTax Desktop & vice-versa.

To activate your TurboTax Online version, please visit this link. Select that "I have an account," log into your account, and proceed to the second step by adding your 16-digit activation code to review and activate the TurboTax Online product.

I paid for the Standard Turbotax Program and have the licence code but when I enter the code it will not accept it???!!!!

I purchased the activation code on an iPad, to find out it is only a windows app, so does not work on my iPad. I did then log in to my work computer, which is Windows based, went to the activation window. For some reason it does not work.

Now what?

If you have bought TurboTax Desktop, you will be asked for the licence code when you install the software. Please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information on the licence code: Where is my TurboTax licence code? You can download the current version of TurboTax Desktop edition here: Choose the current TurboTax Desktop edition you need (for Windows). You can download older versions of TurboTax Desktop edition here: Where can I download the Desktop edition of TurboTax?
