    <description>&lt;P&gt;There is no such option under Documents -- only the option to book a call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And according to all other threads, the discount issue is resolved by contacting customer support through Turbotax community, not by contacting the Tax expert.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received an email from TurboTax with a link for 20% discount.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Only Full Service can refund Full Service fees. So, you can either book a call with them or I can get someone from Full service to call you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
