In a T5, line 18 - it doesn't transfer automatically to the Relevé 3 Line I

This needs to be corrected as using F2 to bypass isn't the best solution

I want to ensure a few steps have been taken before I report this to the assigned team.

Ensure your "Province of Residence on December 31" is set to Quebec.

If this was changed after you entered the T5, the RL-3 fields may not have initialized properly. You may need to delete the T5 and re-enter it.

If Box 18 isn't showing up on your Quebec return, follow these steps in TurboTax:

Open your T5 entry: Go to the "Income" section and edit the T5 in question.

Find the Quebec Section: Scroll to the bottom of that specific T5 page. There is usually a subsection titled "Quebec information" or "Relevé 3 details."

Manually enter in Box G: Locate the field for Box G (Gains en capital) and type in the amount from Box 18.

Verify Schedule G: Once entered, you can verify it by clicking "Review" and looking for the "Quebec Tax Summary." The capital gain should now be reflected there.

Province of résidence is QC.

Box 24,25,and 26 did transfert correctly to Relevé 3.

It is a software issue and hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Most likely resolved before the software gets the government license Ok

A quick message to say that with the new software update this morning, the T5 to Releve 3 issue has been resolved - the amount now is transfered correctly to the Releve 3
