    <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased two license codes for the Turbotax Business Incporporated - One for 2023 and one for 2024 applications. I completed the returns and went to file the 2023 T2. I assumed the 2023 application was activated using the 2023 code (which I did a few days ago). 2023 was filed no problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then, I opened up the 2024 return, went to file, and was notified that the license had already been used. How could this have been used if I filed the 2023 return? When I then tried to use the 2023 license I purchased to file the 2024 return, I got a message saying the license entered cannot be used for the return I am trying to file.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way my 2023 code can be 'exchanged' for a new 2024 one so that I can file the 2024 return and not have just purchased 2 licenses only to be able to file once? Very frustrated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
