    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am attempting to reload TURBOTAX tax 2023 and 2024 Standard onto a new Windows 11 laptop.&lt;BR /&gt;2023 installed fine. With 2024, it installs successfully but unable to start. &amp;nbsp;I launch the product and it indicates an update is available. Instead of giving the option for Yes or No response, the No button is grayed out so I cannot choose it. I select Yes. It quickly flashes its downloading but then nothing happens.&lt;BR /&gt;Relaunching the app just goes thru the same routine.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;No virus software is running and I turned off Defender.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did download this executable from the website around Feb 18, but I cannot find that website location any longer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Resolved!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I installed 2025 and that must have cleared some restriction as I was able to get to the activation page.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
