Turbo tax doesn't load CRA data

We have tried several times to load the CRA tax T4's and others into Turbo and it doesn't show up. We confirm the submissions but it just doesn't show up. So I guess this program despite having the information just doesn't auto populate so you have to still enter manually?

CRA autofill is available, but not all slips are available for import by CRA. If the slips are still available and not being imported. I would recommend starting a new return and trying again.

If you're using an online version, try clearing your cookies and cache, or switch to another browser. If you are using a desktop version, make sure it is up-to-date.
