&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Make sure TurboTax is up to date.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Close TurboTax.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Right-click the TurboTax icon on your desktop.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Select &lt;STRONG&gt;"Run as Administrator."&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try to file again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;H3&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/H3&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Firewalls and antivirus programs (like Norton, McAfee, or Bitdefender) often mistake the tax transmission for suspicious activity.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Temporarily disable your antivirus/firewall for 10 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have a&lt;STRONG&gt; &lt;/STRONG&gt;VPN active, turn it off—tax servers often reject connections from VPN IP addresses to prevent fraud.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received this error while trying to file taxes this morning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;We couldn't find an internet connection or the existing connection either timed out, disconnected, or experienced an error. Check your internet connection and try again.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have internet connection and have been able to submit other taxes but just not this one.&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_8141.JPG" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/community/image/serverpage/image-id/53447i7338D8E426B90CE0/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="IMG_8141.JPG" alt="IMG_8141.JPG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
