TT 2019 and 2020 Override error without overrides

I am back-filing taxes for previous years and in both Turbotax 2019 and 2020, I get errors that I cannot Netfile due to override errors. I had the program check both returns and says that there are no overrides.

Would anybody have any idea what I can do?

Does it give you the option to "Cancel All Overrides"?

Hi Susan,

yes, it does, but I just figured out the issue. Because it has been over 3 years, I cannot claim CPP overpayment, so I have to take that out. However, that overrides the amount, which, in turn, makes it ineligible for NETFILE.

So, problem is solved, only figured it out after you just gave me the solution.
