On "Schedule 3 - Supplemary Statement," the fields under the column "# of Shares" are not populating correctly for the section "From T5008 Slips."

The # of Shares appear to be multiplied by 100 vs the figures entered on the T-Slips entry page for Federal Slip T5008.

Have you used CRA Auto-fill? We recommend deleting the T5008 slips and manually reentering them. This will resolve the issue.

The figures were manually entered on the T5008 slip entry page.

So, therefore, that is not the issue.

Check for Updates: Ensure you have the latest version of TurboTax installed.
Verify Data Entry: Delete the affected T5008 entry and re-enter it carefully, ensuring no extra zeros were added in the "number of units" box.
Use the "Group" Method: If you have many T5008 slips, try grouping them together and entering them as one total, using December 31 as the date of disposition.
Delete and Re-enter (No Import): Since you did not use Auto-fill, delete the entry and manually enter the data again to ensure it isn't a cache/save issue.
Make sure to choose "Capital Gains" as the type of income.

Just an FYI:

None of the suggested steps changed the incorrect figures.

These steps had already been taken, anyway, but were performed again.

This issue is apparently a software glitch.

As suggested, I contacted Intuit TurboTax support via telephone.

Based on the conversation, it seems doubtful that anything will be done as far as a patch, though.
