    <description>&lt;P&gt;When I open TT 2023 to view some info from my 2023 return, I'm presented with "Update Available" and with YES being the only option for "Do you want to update?".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't really care about the update and just want to see my 2023 info, however, if I click YES and go through the Windows "do you want to allow this app..." pop-up, it seems to just exit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
