    <description>&lt;P&gt;When I tried to file my taxes, I completed the whole process just to get to the netfile (AFTER having to pay) to be told the system hadn't been updated to reflect current CRA requirements, so I requested a refund and I've already done it with another software. I just now received a notification email almost two weeks later, telling me I can now fille. Except it's two weeks late and the refund request has not even been acknowledged...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
