Is this happening in the Safari browser or the TurboTax application?

"Do you have 'Zoom' or 'Large Text' enabled in my iPad settings?" (Go to Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size. If "Larger Text" is on, it can break the layout of the tax page.
