    <description>&lt;P&gt;At the stage where data entry complete, required to complete payment method before filing can happen.&amp;nbsp; Keep getting the message "Oops we can not retrieve your data, please try again later"&amp;nbsp; I have "tried later" multiple times ands still get the same message.&amp;nbsp; When will this gliche be corrected?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried a second browser, same Whoops message!&lt;SPAN&gt;Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have now tried 5 times to pay, no success. Guess I will have to use a different software this year.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
